JABALPUR, India, May 8 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on April 8:

1. The private land has been given for mela purpose to the private parties, therefore, there is no public interest in the present petition.

2. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed.

3. If the land owner is having any grievance in the matter, he may challenge the same before appropriate forum.
