JABALPUR, India, March 3 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Jan. 2:

Learned counsel for State submits that subject tender has been recalled as authority has decided not to progress further with the notice inviting tender.

Learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition reserving the right of petitioner to file afresh, if need so arises.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
