JABALPUR, India, Oct. 21 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Sept. 22:

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition reserving the right of the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings under the Dispute Resolution Clause for alleged wrongful termination and breach of contract by the respondents as also to take other remedies as may be permissible in law.

In view of the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
