JABALPUR, India, Sept. 7 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Aug. 8:
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the encroachers on the private property are behaving in an unruly manner which is causing prejudice to the peace loving citizens of the area. He seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an appropriate complaint/petition in accordance with law before an appropriate forum.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
