MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES JUDGEMENT ON RAVINDRA KUMAR GAUTAM V/S STATE BAR COUNCIL OF MADHYA PRADESH AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, April 26 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on March 25:

Mr. Paritosh Trivedi, Secretary of the High Court Bar Association is appointed as the Court Commissioner to supervise the handing over of the record of the District Advocate Bar Association, Sidhi to the Elected Secretary i.e. petitioner. The Court Commissioner shall prepare an inventory of all the documents, which are being handed over and obtain a receipt from the petitioner of receipt of the said documents and submit a report to this Court.

Mr. Trivedi very fairly volunteers that he shall not charge any fee for executing the commission.

He submits that he shall appear in the office of Bar Association on 31.03.2026 at 11.00 A.M.

The parties are directed to ensure that full cooperation is provided to the Court Commissioner appointed by this Court.

After the commission is executed, the report shall be filed in the Registry.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
