MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES JUDGEMENT ON RANVEER SINGH V/S UNION OF INDIA AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, Sept. 7 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Aug. 8:

1. Petitioner had impugned the award of tender for maintenance work for railway building stations and railway quarters and supply of building material for the year 2023-2024.

2. Respondents have placed on record letter dated 01.08.2025 issued by the Assistant Divisional Engineer, Head Quarter Jabalpur certifying that the work for the year 2023-2024 has already been finalised and all the bills have also been cleared.

3. None appears for the petitioner, the Petition is dismissed in default.
