JABALPUR, India, Dec. 14 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgmenton Nov. 13:
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the District Judge, Budhni, District Sehore to decide their application filed under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that he has no objection to the application being considered and disposed of expeditiously.
In view of the above, the petition is disposed of directing the District Judge, Budhni, District Sehore to consider and dispose of the application filed under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 filed by the petitioners as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
