Learned Senior Counsel for respondent No. 3 submits that the selection process has already been withdrawn and thus, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.
The said fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
