JABALPUR, India, Dec. 4 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Nov. 4:
Learned counsel for appellant submits that appellant has already joined new place of posting. However, on account of his medical condition, he is facing grave difficulty in functioning.
Learned Government Advocate submits that appellant had not furnished requisite medical documents prior to disposal of his representation.
In view of the above, we disposed of this appeal with direction to the appellant to file afresh representation alongwith all supporting medical documents. On receipt of representation, respondents shall once again consider the request of appellant within a maximum period of two weeks.
Learned counsel for petitioner further submits that appellant is not averse to posting. However, prays that posting be given to the appellant at a place which is conducive to his medical condition.
Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of in the above terms.
Needless to state that it will be open to the appellant to avail of such further remedies, in case appellant is aggrieved by disposal of representation.
