Present MCC has been filed for restoration of WP No.23389/2023, which was dismissed in default vide order dated 09.05.2024.

For the reasons stated in the MCC, we hereby allow present MCC.

Accordingly, MCC is disposed of, and WP No.23389/2023 is restored to its original number.
