JABALPUR, India, Feb. 4 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Jan. 6:
Learned counsel for appellant submits that appellant has an objection to the grant of permit to respondent no.4. He submits that the normal procedure is that whenever permit is granted, objection of other affected parties is considered by the State Authorities. He seeks leave to withdraw the appeal, reserving the right of the appellant to file objections before the Competent Authority.
In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
In case, any objection is filed by the appellant in respect to grant of permit to respondent no.4, the competent authority shall consider the same, if permissible in law.
