JABALPUR, India, Nov. 7 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Oct. 7:
Corpus has been produced in Court by Ms. Anjali Udeniya - Thana Inspector of Police Station Banda, District Sagar.
Corpus is a minor.
On 22.09.2025 Corpus had been produced in Court. She had stated that she does not wish to return home and would like to continue to stay in Kudari Aashram, Sagar.
Today the Corpus is present in Court. She expresses her desire to return to her parental home. The parents i.e mother and father of Corpus are also present in Court and they state that they wish to take the Corpus at home.
In view of above, the custody of Corpus be handed over to the petitioner i.e. the father of the Corpus after completing the necessary formalities.
The petition is accordingly disposed of in above terms.
