MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES JUDGEMENT ON MP TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION V/S STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, Nov. 4 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Oct. 7:

1. Learned counsel appearing for appellant submits that since the matter is listed before the learned Single Judge on 16.10.2025, she does not want to press the present appeal reserving the right of the appellant to pray before the learned Single Judge for a complete stay of the recruitment process.

2. In view of the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
