JABALPUR, India, Nov. 30 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Oct. 30:
1. Corpus has been produced in the Court by Head Constable - 2404 Shri Veerendra Singh, Head Costable - 2824 Shri Ramesh Kumar and Lady Constable - 2462 Ms. Sheela Dangi of Police Station, Bairasia, District Bhopal. She is major and she states that out of her own freewill she has left the matrimonial home and does not wish to stay with the petitioner.
2. Since the Corpus is a major and is not in any wrongful confinement as well as she does not wish to stay with the petitioner, no further order is called for in this petition.
3. Accordingly, petition stands disposed of.
