JABALPUR, India, May 8 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on April 8:
This petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:
That, during the pendency of the present petition , operation and effect of the order dated 31.01.2025 (Annexure P-2) in Kramank/Milling/2024-25/1666 issued by Respondent No.3 may kindly be stayed and the respondents be directed to immediately issue the necessary delivery orders to the petitioners.
2. The limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the respondents may be directed to decide the representations dated 04/03/2025.
3. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 04/03/2025 filed by the petitioner expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two weeks from today and the decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter.
4. Needless to state that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order so passed by the respondents, he may challenge the same before the appropriate forum. 5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
