JABALPUR, India, Nov. 24 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Oct. 28:

1. After detailed arguments, it is agreed between the parties that these appeals be disposed of with the following directions:

(i) Appellants shall file their reply to the writ petition on or before 6th November, 2025.

(ii) Learned counsel for respondent No.1 Birendra Singh Bisht submits that no rejoinder would be required to be filed and he shall be addressing arguments based on the record of the Tribunal.

2. In the meantime, it is agreed that the order dated 14.10.2025 passed in W.P. No.16504 of 2025 is set aside subject to further orders that would be passed by the learned Single Judge on merits of the matter.

3. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 Birendra Singh Bisht submits that he shall not be pressing or acting upon the letters dated 20.10.2025 (Annexure A/5) and 21.10.2025 (Annexure A/6). This however is subject to further order that may be passed by the learned Single Judge in the writ petition.

4. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as also the fact that the dispute pertains to the Executive Committee of a registered Trade Union, we request the learned Single Judge to expedite the hearing and endeavour to conclude the proceedings as early as possible. It is expected that parties shall cooperate in the early disposal of the petition. It is clarified that this court has neither considered nor commented on the merits of the contentions of either parties. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.

5. With the aforesaid directions, both the appeals stand disposed of.
