JABALPUR, India, March 3 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Jan. 2:

Learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition, reserving the right of the petitioner to initiate proceedings for recovery of the alleged unpaid compensation amount.
