JABALPUR, India, Feb. 19 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Jan. 16:
Learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that in view of certain subsequent events, an amendment is required to be carried out. He, accordingly, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
In view of the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
