JABALPUR, India, Feb. 25 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Jan. 27:

Learned counsel appearing for respondents/State raises a preliminary objection and states that there are no material to substantiate any of the allegations made in the petition.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that an application under the Right to Information Act (RTI) was filed however, there is no response. He without prejudice seeks leave to withdraw the petition, reserving the right of the petitioner to file a fresh petition after obtaining sufficient material to substantiate his allegations.

In view of the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
