This is an application for change of counsel.
For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed.
Mr. Amit Shukla- Advocate is permitted to appear on behalf of petitioner.
W.P. No.40661 of 2025
In the subject petition, petitioner claims to be corpus himself and claims that his wife placed him in rehabilitation centre. It is not the case of petitioner that he is in any wrongful confinement.
Furthermore, perusal of petition as well as application for change of counsel shows that he had appeared before the Oath Commissioner for the purposes of attesting his affidavit on 14.10.2025 is clearly established that petitioner is not in any wrongful confinement.
Learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition reserving the right of petitioner to initiate appropriate proceeding in accordance with law against his family members for repeated sending him to rehabilitation centre.
The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
All rights and contention of the parties are reserved.
