JABALPUR, India, April 26 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on March 25:
I.A.No.1764/2026 has been filed seeking withdrawal of the petition. Learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition reserving the right of petitioner to file a fresh petition, if need so arises in future.
In view of the above, application is allowed.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
