MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES JUDGEMENT ON ABHISHEK ENTERPRISES V/S THE STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, Feb. 19 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Jan. 16:

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was never served or informed about the communication dated 29.08.2025 allegedly cancelling the contract. He submits that petitioner has only become aware of the alleged termination on 15.01.2025 when a copy of this order is produced in Court. He, however, seeks leave to withdraw the petition reserving the rights of the petitioner to take further remedy in accordance with law.

In view of the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

All rights and contentions of the parties are served.
