MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES JUDGEMENT ON (IN REFERENCE (SUO MOTU) VS THE STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, Oct. 21 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following order on Sept. 22:

These petitions pertains to issue of stray dogs.

In view of the order of the Supreme Court Dated 22.08.2025 in Suo Motu Writ Petition (Civil) No.5 of 2025 (2025 SCC Online SC 1792) these petitions stand transferred to the Supreme Court for analogous consideration.

The Registry is accordingly directed to comply with the order of Supreme Court and transfer the record to the Supreme Court forthwith.
