JABALPUR, India, March 19 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 13:
Office has raised a preliminary objection with regard to maintainability of a writ appeal, in view of the fact that petitioner had approached this Court by way of a petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
Faced with the objection, learned counsel for appellants seeks leave to withdraw the appeal reserving the right of appellant to avail of remedies permissible in law.
In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
