JABALPUR, India, Dec. 11 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Nov. 11:
Learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal. However, prays that some time be granted to the appellant to join the place of posting.
Learned counsel for the appellant further submits that in case the wife of appellant also seeks a transfer, the respondents may sympathetically consider the same.
n view of the above, appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
Appellant shall join the place of posting on or before 24.11.2025. Further in case an application is filed by the wife of appellant seeking transfer to the same place or near at joining area, respondents shall sympathetically consider the same, in accordance with the rules.
