JABALPUR, India, March 19 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 17:
Corpus has been produced in Court by Sub Inspector Ms. Sangeeta Choudhary, Asstt. Sub Inspector Shri Vinod Kurkel and Lady Constable Ms. Krishna Mehra of P.S. Hanumantal, Jabalpur.
Her statement under Section 183 of BNSS has been recorded. Investigating officer states that in view of her statement, further proceedings in accordance with law have been initiated.
Corpus states that she wishes to return to her parental home. The petitioner/father of the corpus along with the mother of the corpus are also present. They also express their desire to take her back to home.
In view thereof, the petition isdisposed off.
