JABALPUR, India, March 19 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 13:

Since there is technical defect in the appeal, learned counsel for the appellant accordingly seeks leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file a fresh appeal in accordance with law.
