RANCHI, India, May 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 21:
1. Learned counsel for the respondents by way of referring the counter affidavit submits that the main case has already been decided by the learned court by order dated 27.03.2023 being Misc. Case No.53 of 2019.
2. In view of further development, Mrs. Ritu Kumar, the learned counsel on instruction from Mr. Awnish Shankar, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to take recourse under the law.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Opposite parties has got no objection for the same.
4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
5. Pending petition, if any, also stands disposed of accordingly.
