JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON ZESHAAN SHEKH V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND & ORS.

RANCHI, India, Sept. 18 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on aUG. 19:

1. Mr. Manoj Kumar, learned G.A.-III appearing for the State has sought time by way of last indulgence to comply with the order dated 30th July, 2025 to file affidavit.

2. Time, as sought, is allowed by way of last indulgence, to be complied with positively on or before the next date of hearing.

3. As prayed for, let this matter be listed on 27th August, 2025.
