RANCHI, India, Dec. 5 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 5:
1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioners are seeking appointment in Class-IV Post. They have also challenged the order by which their appointment has been rejected.
3. Without entering into other aspects, I find that it is an admitted fact that the age of the petitioners is more than 40 years. It is also admitted that their age is more than the upper age limit prescribed for appointment.
4. Considering the aforesaid fact, this Court cannot direct the respondents to appoint the petitioners who have already crossed the upper age limit prescribed for appointment.
5. Thus, no relief can be granted to the petitioners.
