RANCHI, India, Sept. 30 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Aug. 29:
1. This matter relates to MCA No.1933 of 2024 in ST Case No.279 of 2024 (arising out of Dhanbad Mahila P.S. Case No.30 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No.682 of 2023), pending in the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-X, Dhanbad.
2. Mr. Sanjay Kumar Saw, learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction seeks permission to withdraw this criminal revision petition.
3. Learned counsel for the State and opposite party no.2 have got no objection.
4. Accordingly, this criminal revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
