RANCHI, India, Dec. 30 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 1:
1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that the issue involved in these batch of writ applications has already been decided against the employees by Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No.388 of 2013 with analogous cases reported in 2017 SCC OnLine Jhar 755; as such, now the case can be disposed of as nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court.
2. Having regard to the aforesaid submission, the instant writ applications stand dismissed in view of the judgment rendered by the Division Bench in the above referred case.
3. Pending I.A., if any, also stands closed.
