Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw this Cr.M.P. with liberty to raise all the grounds taken in this Cr.M.P. before the appropriate court at the appropriate stage.

Permission is accorded.

This Cr.M.P. stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioners.
