RANCHI, India, June 12 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 11:
1. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that though the physical rent receipt was earlier been issued to the petitioner in year 2018 in respect of the land bearing Mouza Mandro, Thana No. 183, Khata No. 20 and 21 Total area 18.80 acre, but the online receipt has not been issued in favour of the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already represented before the Circle Officer, Pirtand, but no action has been taken. He prays that a direction be given to the Circle Officer, Pirtand to pass an appropriate order on the representation and if the petitioner is entitled for receipt, the same be issued to the petitioner after receiving the rent.
4. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the aforesaid prayer.
5. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner file a fresh representation before the Circle Officer, Pirtand within three weeks, for ventilating his grievance, who in turn will consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order within eight weeks thereafter.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
7. Pending, I.A., if any stands disposed of.
