JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON UNIVERSAL AUTOMATED FITNESS CENTRE AND ANR. V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, Feb. 8 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 8:

1. On instruction of the clients, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law.

2. Learned counsel for the State has raised no objection.

3. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition is, hereby, disposed of.

4. Pending interlocutory application, if any, stands disposed of.
