RANCHI, India, June 18 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 20:
1 Learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to get served notice of this appeal upon the informant/opposite party No.2 of this case through the Officer-In-Charge of the concerned Police Station and shall file the affidavit in this regard through the concerned Police Station.
2. Learned A.P.P. is also directed to produce the neatly typed copy of the case diary.
3. Put up this case in the 4th week of June, 2025.
