JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON UMA NATH MISHRA V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ANR.

RANCHI, India, Sept. 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Aug. 19:

No one turns up on behalf of the petitioners in spite of repeated calls.

Learned Spl.P.P. appearing for the State submits that there is no merit in these cases, hence, the petitioners are not diligent in prosecuting these cases.

Accordingly, these cases are dismissed for non-prosecution.
