JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON THE PEOPLES WELFARE SOCIETY V/S THE DIRECTOR, JHARKHAND STATE MID DAY MEAL AUTHORITY SCHOOL EDUCATION AND LITERACY DEPARTMENT

RANCHI, India, Dec. 20 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 20:

1) Defect, as pointed out by the registry, has been removed by filing court fee of Rs. 230/-.

2) Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous with efflux of time.

3) Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
