RANCHI, India, July 26 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on June 26:
1. In M.A. No.164 of 2024, Mr. Bhaskar Trivedi, the learned counsel has appeared on behalf of the respondent nos.3 and 4.
2. Notice upon the respondent no.5 has been refused by the family to accept. Thus, notice upon respondent no.5 is deemed to be validly served.
3. Notice upon respondent nos.1,2 and 6 are not effected.
4. Learned counsel for the appellants will take fresh steps for notice upon the respondent nos.1,2 and 6 by registered post with A/d as well as under ordinary process for which requisites etc must be filed by 01.07.2025.
5. In M.A. No.165 of 2024, Mr. Bhaskar Trivedi, the learned counsel has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the respondent nos.1 and 2 (claimants).
6. Notice upon the respondent nos.3 and 4 has not been effected.
7. Learned counsel for the appellants will take fresh steps for notice upon the respondent nos.3 and 4 by registered post with A/d as well as under ordinary process for which requisites etc must be filed by 01.07.2025.
8. Let these matters appear on 06.08.2025.
9. The I.A filed for withdrawal of the amount on behalf of the claimants in both the appeals shall be considered after appearance of the rest of the respondents.
