The learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Appeal with a liberty to file fresh anticipatory bail application with fresh grounds before the appropriate Court at the appropriate stage.

Permission is accorded.

This Criminal Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
