RANCHI, India, May 29 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 29:

1. The facts and circumstances in the present I.A. and I.A. No. 13957 of 2025 are almost the same. However, in this case, the delay is of 196 days whereas, in I.A. No. 13957 of 2025, the delay was of 227 days.

2. Even the averments in the present I.A. are not different than the averments in I.A. 13957 of 2025.

3. Accordingly, for the reasons recorded by us in our order disposing of I.A. No. 13957 of 2025 and by adopting those reasons, we dismiss this I.A. and consequently, the accompanying appeal will not survive and is disposed of.

4. The Registry to pay the amount deposited by the applicant/appellant in this Court to the respondent - workman, upon the learned counsel for the respondent furnishing the identity and bank details. The amount should be transferred into the workman's account and not paid by any other mode.

5. All pending interlocutory applications also stand disposed of.
