RANCHI, India, Jan. 7 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 8:
I.A. No.6190 of 2025 in L.P.A. No.327 of 2025
1. This interlocutory application has been preferred under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condoning the delay of 291 days in preferring the instant appeal.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. Considering the sufficient cause as has been referred in the interlocutory application, the delay of 291 days in preferring the appeal is hereby condoned.
4. Accordingly, I.A. No.6190 of 2025 stands allowed.
L.P.A. No.327 of 2025 and L.P.A. No.253 of 2025
5. Learned counsel for the appellant, in both the appeals, after some argument, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw these appeals with a liberty to ventilate his grievance before the appropriate forum for getting the declaration over the title of the disputed land in question by raising all the points.
6. Considering the same, the instant appeals stand disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.
7. In consequence thereof, pending interlocutory applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
