RANCHI, India, Nov. 2 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 6:
1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 388/2024 arising out of Golmuri P.S. Case No. 03/2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1534/2022(S), for the offences registered under Sections 324, 326, 307/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jamshedpur.
3. On 05.01.2022, co-accused Ravi Kheda is alleged to have fired at the informant causing him fire arm injury on his stomach.
4. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused.
5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jamshedpur in connection with S.T. Case No. 388/2024 arising out of Golmuri P.S. Case No. 03/2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1534/2022(S).
