RANCHI, India, Dec. 20 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 20:

Heard the parties.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition with liberty to raise all grounds taken in this Cr.M.P. at appropriate stage before the appropriate Court.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
