RANCHI, India, Feb. 10 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 9:
1. The instant application has been preferred by the petitioner for restoration of W.P.(S) No.8000 of 2012 to its original file as the same has been dismissed for non-prosecution.
2. Looking to the averments made in this application, this application is allowed subject to payment of Rs.2,000/- before the Advocate Clerk Association within a period of four weeks.
3. If the aforesaid amount is deposited within the stipulated period, the writ shall be restored to its original file and be listed accordingly.
