RANCHI, India, Feb. 10 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 9:
1. The instant application has been preferred by the petitioner for restoration of W.P.(S) No.7539 of 2017 as the same has been dismissed for default.
2. Looking to the averments made in this application, this application is allowed subject to payment of Rs.2,500/- before the Advocate Clerk Association within a period of four weeks.
3. If the aforesaid amount is deposited within the stipulated period, the writ shall be restored and be listed accordingly.
