RANCHI, India, Nov. 2 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 6:

1. Heard the parties.

2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mahagama P.S. Case No. 202 of 2024 for the offence registered under Section 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Satish Kumar Munda, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda.

3. During the intervening night of 26.11.2024, Scorpio vehicle of the informant parked outside his house was stolen by unknown person.

4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused.

5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Satish Kumar Munda, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda, or his successor, in connection with Mahagama P.S. Case No. 202 of 2024.
