JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SONIKA KUMARI AND ANR. V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ANR.

RANCHI, India, Feb. 22 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 20:

1. This criminal revision petition has been filed against the judgment dated 13.09.2024 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bokaro in Original Maintenance Case No.116/2020.

2. Mr. Ashutosh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners on instruction of Mr. Gautam Kumar, who is Advocate-on-Record, seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the State and opposite party no.2 have got no objection.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
