JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SNEHLATA V/S THE CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATION

RANCHI, India, Feb. 14 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 13:

1. At the outset, learned counsel for the opposite party-JPSC produces a reasoned order dated 03.11.2025; the same is taken on record.

2. After going through the reasoned order and the direction made by this Court in the writ application, it appears that no contempt is made-out.

3. Accordingly, the instant contempt application stands dismissed.
