RANCHI, India, May 15 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 13:

Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 225 of 2007

1. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that as per information, the appellant Sita Ram Yadav has died.

2. Learned A.P.P. has filed supplementary counter affidavit enclosing the death certificate of the sole appellant Sita Ram Yadav.

3. As such, this appeal stands abated.
